Over the last decade, DEC Marketing has delivered hundreds of business events. So we’ve learnt a thing or two about the best way to find venues, contract suppliers, book speakers, generate publicity, register delegates and deliver a smooth running business event.  And now, through our training programmes, we can share these insights and expertise with your events team.

This one-day course takes delegates through the basic principles of planning, promoting and delivering a successful business event. It will provide an initial, all-round grounding in managing a successful event.

Training is delivered at your organisation’s offices (or location of your choosing) and can accommodate up to 10 people. These smaller groups ensure that we keep sessions highly participative and engaging.
